How did you enjoy the January list? Awesome, yes? I bet you had fun but stay tuned, it only gets better.

February opens with even crazier drama with Anastasia battling with her life to save her love from harm, a rabbit lighting up the neighbourhood with nerve-gripping adventures, King T’challa having his claim to the throne challenged by a disgruntled cousin, women taking control and journeying into unknown alien territory to find answers and oh, have you ever wondered what football looked like in the stone age? Haha

Alright, let’s get to it!

Lena ( Natalie Portman) a cellular-biology professor and former soldier, is in quarantine. She undergoes a debriefing about a four-month expedition into an anomalous iridescent electromagnetic field called “the Shimmer” from which she and her husband Kane are the only survivors. Lena ventures into “the Shimmer” alongside four other woman to find answers.

“The Shimmer” a mysterious quarantined zone of mutating landscapes and transforming creatures, has terrifying aspects that make these women forget long stretches of time, get confronted by strangely mutated creatures and out-of-the-world circumstances. This sci-fi will leave you hanging to the edge of your seat and heart beating faster than Usain Bolt.

The 15:17 To Paris

Based on true events that unraveled on August 21st, 2015 as three American men subdued a terrorist attack on a train. The men, Spencer Stone, Anthony Sadler, and Alek Skarlatos starred as themselves as Clint brought events to the screen. A heart-stopping thriller this one is.

Peter Rabbit

How colorful was your childhood? Do you remember the stories by Beatrix Potter about a rabbit of course? I won’t go into all that for those who know and if you don’t well, what better way to hear tales of an adventure-loving rabbit than watching colorful scenes? Peter Rabbit is a story of family, love, rivalry, kissing and making up!

Fifty Shades: Freed

With her former boss bent on getting back at her for messing his life up, Anastasia will have to get out of her comfort zone and make crazy decisions to keep her man safe. And as a lover of erotica, this movie is dosed heavily and as such, Parental guidance is highly recommended. Oh and coming from a huge fan, there are dope soundtracks as always!

Black Panther

Perhaps the most anticipated movie of the year, this movie lives up to every expectation. Heavily with African culture and heritage, King T’Challa must battle law and order and conscience to keep the integrity and low-key profile of Wakanda Nation. With jaw-dropping technological advancements, crazy fighting scenes and a heavy dose of female superiority, Black Panther appeals to every audience including babies in the womb!

Early Man

The film follows a tribe of primitive Stone Age valley dwellers who have to defend their land from bronze-using invaders in an association football match. Forget modern football for a moment and relive an ancient way to settle scores.
