Well, there are diets that can help you lose weight. Starving yourself won’t help.
Before I drop any other hints, I must point out that when I comes to losing weight, DISCIPLINE is the most important thing. Whatever method you choose – dieting, exercise, you must be patient with yourself and curb all the CONS.
If you chose exercise for instance, make a plan and stick to eat. Don’t do less, do more. Fifity pushups this week, seventy next week, a hundred and more. That is improvement.
If you chose dieting, take it seriously. Avoid and ignore anything that is not part of your chosen diet.
Now, smoothies are a way you can lose weight:
“Smoothies are thick drinks consisting of fresh fruits pureed with milk, yogurt, honey.”
Let me give you a quick one:
If you’re trying to lose belly fat, make a smoothie of;
Ginger, Garlic, Onions and puree it with honey. Take a shot of this every morning after a light breakfast and at night an hour after dinner or preferably, before going to bed.
Keep this recipe going for a week. Remember, keep your meals simple and precise. Avoid junks too!
